Picked up my 550i on Monday. After nearly a week of driving it I can confirm that I have no regrets in buying it, despite taking a hit on my 4 month old 540i. The power is just amazing and the ride is so much smoother due to the H&R Sports spring compared to the OEM M-springs in the 540i. Despite being slightly softer, it still corners really well.
Drove the 550i through the Adelaide Hills this morning with the windows down. The sound of the 4.8lt V8 is just amazing
