how about the steering heater button? Oh boy! it is not that i am lazy..it is that it is in a very uncofortable position and to make it worst, you can hardly tell if it is on or off unless you tilt your stearing wheel and bend your head. Do you want to do that while driving? i guess not!
can a small led be put in the dashbord just like they did with the fog lights like that we know when it is on or off.

You'd know it's on by touching the steering wheel?
Partly agreed.. the button is IMHO in an acceptable place, and at least with my fingers it's very easy to reach it. However telling whether or not the heat is on or off is a bit difficult, but it doesn't really bother me.

Short term memory problem, eh? It's on if you turned it on and off when you turn it off (or you turn the car off and the car goes into sleep mode.)
