if i buy a front mtech oem bumper as is nothing else do i need extra hardware? or can i just bolt it on? what about the fogs? do i need new ones or can i use the oem ones on my 07 e60? helpppppppppp

how bare is the bumper? no bottom grill, fog light brackets, washer pop-ups?
you need to replace a couple small splash shields underneath, replace the radiator shroud, foglight brackets, brake ducts.
of course you could just bolt the bumper on, but it wont be right and complete.
