Mtec Led Angel Eyes onling working on driver side.

Mtec Led Angel Eyes onling working on driver side.
I Just bought Mtec LCI H8 Led angel eyes. Only the driver side works with these new angel eyes. My OEM's work fine on both side. Both mtec angel eyes work on the driver side, neither work on the passenger.
Does anyone know what the problem might be? It's not the bulb obviously.
