No, you will not need all of those.

You will need the parts on the page 3 of the installation guide and the parts AU, AV, AW, AX and AY on page 5.
Print it out, go to your dealer and they'll find the right part numbers and parts for you. Depending on what car you have, there is some differencies in part numbers. For example parts AV and AX depend on the motor you have.

people who have done this upgrade, what other parts do we need?

Just by looking at pic i see i need these two plastic pieces, one on each end.

Center Grille

Fog light housing

.,.........but what else?

thank you in advance
i just had mine installed the bare front back bumpers cost me 500 and with everything with paint total was about 1000. so for front you will only need center grill, the grits for the center grill, fog lights brackets (your e60 fogs will fit, the air ducts, the tow cap and the headlight washing caps. for the back you will only need the diffuser and the tow cap and a professional has to make some adjustments on the bottom of the bumper like cutting plastics so the air wont penetrate under the bumper when you drive on the freeway. people say you also need to trim or shave the fender liners, but no need to they fit perfectly. this upgrade for me took almost 2 months because without knowing what to expect and the parts that i needed it was just a major headache..so know what your doing before you get into this. =] heres my results
