I'm currently waiting ........... and waiting .............and waiting ............and you guessed it still waiting for delivery of my new 520d touring. It has a cd multichanger and I now understand that this can read MP3s. I therefore want to start burning some discs for when the car eventually arrives (next week).
Could anyone who uses MP3s in the CD player tell me how it is displayed on the idrive. Can you have folders or does it just have to be a straight list of tracks? Any photos of your idrive displaying an MP3 disc would be much appreciated.

it'll look like something like this...and yes, you can have folders...it'll make life easier by putting the songs acording to artist/album/genre accordingly...like i said, you don't have the search function, but you search by folders...
hope this helped.
