MP3 Player Sync Issues

I just did the thumb drive thing last night and it works fine. I have Samsung Media program that converts the CD's to MP'3s
. The download is only seconds in mine. (2009 535i) The program puts all MP3 files into a folder under My Music and I just copied that to a thumb drive and it was good to go. (Ativa thumb drive 4 Gig)
