I had first week of Sep. 05 manufactured M-ASK (no navigation) and it did not play MP3 even car had the latest Progman. Now I have 15th Sep 05 made M-ASK (Business navigation and professional radio) and it has MP3 capability. Updating Progman gives MP3 capability only for cars with CCC (Professional navigation). IF You do not have navigation and MP3 capability, only way to get MP3 capability is hardware upgrade/update.
