It can't be fixed.

The headlights are not a closed unit, they have openings for the heat.

As long as you don't have water in there it is no problem.

WOW 24/hrs!!! how bad is the condensation / moisture?

It was considerably worse than the pictires, it was on the entire right headlight assembly. I noticed it on Saturday and today Thursday it was still there slightly in AM but seemed to go away by evening. It seems to me that 6 days for the moisture to go away is a long time?

Dealer had car last nite and found considerable moisture in Headlight assembly after 5 days so they replaced the headlight assembly. Now I cross my fingers that it is ok.
