That's why I was out raking leaves from between the bushes today, before they start growing and get too thick to get in there.

That's why I use a leaf blower to clear the water out of the gas door, mirrors and door jams after a wash.

That's why I was out pounding down the fenceposts level around the pool today, that for some reason seemed to have heaved over the winter. (I just replaced the fence last summer, and they are 3 ft in the ground, (plenty below the frost line)). The only thing I can think is that the water table is pushing them up with all the rain and melting snow.
