Funny you mention that, I told my SA my exact problem, and how I was able to alleviate the noise by pushing down on the metal strip. Their solution was to put that tape on the strip. They used black velcro so it's hardly noticeable at all when the sunroof is open. However, if there's black-felt tape, I may switch to that.

Had a similar problem for months, went back to my dealer a number of times, firstly they thought it was the air vents took them off and re-seated them, didn't fix it, then replaced vents under warranty. Service manager took my car over night, replaced the key stock, again under warranty. This appeared to fix until I was about 20 miles from the dealer. I then put some sticky tape over the key, this sorted it. Turned out the silver metal effect buttons were loose on the key, changed the key under warranty - problem solved. Interestingly my spare key still vibrates.
