I have narrowed my buzzing/vibration noise down to the "Check" buttons on the edge of the signal lever. If I put my finger on those two horizontal buttons the noise stops. I have no clue how to fix it though.

I know the sound as well.
i kept hearing it but couldn't find out where it was coming from. it sounded like it was coming from behind me at times and even from the dash board.
it was driving me crazy.
so one day i started veering for bumps in the road.
come to find out it was the metal wind deflector on the sunroof.
mine makes the most amount of noise when the sun roof is in the vent tilt.
this piece of metal resonates a lot. its just constructed too thin.
I'm thinking of putting some cushion tape on it to dampen the vibrations.

May sound strange, but my vibrations came from the stearing wheel buttons when driving over uneven surfaces. Just place your hands on them when you hear the noise and see if that stops it - mine were replaced under warranty. Also, check the little corner vents just below the winshield - they will also vibrate.

I have (had) the exact same problem with mine. If I have the sunroof-liner open, glass closed I hear the glass on metal vibration noise. What I found out is that there's a metal strip that goes from left-to-right just where the glass goes in when it closes. When this metal strip is up when the glass is closed, it rattles. Put your finger up there and play with the metal strip, you can actually push it down away from the glass.
For now, I've placed a strip across the top of the metal strip to keep the glass from hitting the metal strip. I'll try to take pics tonight and post it.

I found where the vibration sound comes from.
As you said it comes from the sunroof. The metal strip vibrates and hits the glas.
But the noise was coming like from the dashboard i did not think it may come from sunroof.
Thaks to everyone help me solve the poblem..I put cushion tapes between strip and sunroof and the noise goes off.

why do you guys need pictures?
open the sunroof.
the silver colored wind deflector in the front of the opening that runs the length of the opening is it.
how did i paint that picture?
not sure about the 630 convertible tho.

As an aside for others, instead of using velcro you can pick up sheets of felt tape that dealers use for this very purpose (you can even ask your dealer for some - that's what I did). It would probably work just as well, and blend in a bit better.
