Which make spark plug are the best?

My Ride: Mini Cooper
I know the computer say I don`t need to change the spark plugs until for other 700000km in my car. 
I have not change the spark plugs in my car for over 2 years.
But I am planning to change them to better 1s.
I don`t know which make and model to get?
some of my frends uses OWS, is it any good?

Got, ACS Roof Spoiler, but not installed..
im think thers is something about BMWs spark plugs..
they perform 100% during all times of their lives. but when they need replacing they are more expnsive..
not sure ill look for what they are made of..

Do any of you guy that have mod the engine know which spark plugs to get?
Or do you all still use the oem 1s in your mod engines

so after 5 days of this post looks like no of you guys change the spark plug but most have mod the cars for better hp but nothing on the engine apart from the air filter
If the 1s that are in the car that good, what make and model is it, any pic any 1?
