Hello,

I have owned my 530i 2006 BMW since Feb of 2006. It has quite a few problems. They are: very rough idle even after the car has warmed up, the car has a lot of vibrations that can also be felt in the passenger' seat, it has loud grinding noise from the brakes, the brakes also squeal a lot, the left side driver's seat window glass crome covering has popped up, the right side rear door does not open from the inside. I have taken it to the dealer here in MD three times already for a total more than 30 days. Last time when I went to pick up my car, the service advisor told me everything has been fixed. Imagine when I just drove out, things were the SAME! The car was with them for 2 whole weeks. Just terrible service. It's sickening. I haven't been able to enjoy my car at all. I want to invoke the lemon law. Pls advise if this is the way to go.

You don't list what state you live in, but in NY if you write off any business expenses from your car then its not considered "for personal use" and won't be covered under the Lemon Law for NY. Since you only had it in 2006 hopefully you have not filed your taxes yet if you write off car expenses.

Time to switch dealers. Any BMW dealer will do the work - shop around - couldn't be worse. They might respond to you better in hopes of cultivating a new customer if you tell them your woes with VOB.
