Default Major electrical system malfunction. HELP!!!

I need help!!! I was trying to find what was draining my battery i charged my battery to 100% drove home and started pulling fuses and testing my battery with a multi meter. I pulled a few 5 amp fuses in the glove box compartment and one 10 amp fuse the fuses were for the basic body module, cas system, the gear indicator lighting, obd2 socket, cd changer and navigation. After that my whole car went into a frenzy the wipers wouldnt stop running the speedometer and tachometer arent working and i cant roll down my windows and my power steering is gone but the car starts giving me a major elctrical malfuntion error. Any advice? Please help!!
