On the Coolant Flush, I was told you should just check its PH level at 4 years, and if it's ok, leave it as is, since it's a lifetime type of fluid. So you'd do it every two years?
Do you have a list of what's included in Inspection 1 and 2?
Lastly, interesting that if all these other things like power steering fluid flush, etc. are recommended to be done as often as I've read in the posts above, then why doesn't the dealer suggest them to me, when I go in when I'm out of the warranty / free maintenance period? Seeing how they make tons of money off service, and they'd love to do more work? It doesn't make sense to me...

Still not sure on the transmission oil does BMW now say 100,0000 in writing?

Now at 75,0000 just change the trans oil. Still have original water pump, coolant and hoses; is it time to replace?

Different engines have different pump types.
Assuming the electric, 75K is due. But if you keep an eye on codes with a Carly scanner or INPA, you might get some BMW warning codes to let you know you're on thinning ice. The codes most likely will be transients and will not light up the SES light. Codes will indicate error on coolant flow or pump speed, if I recall. I swapped mine out at 60K when it stranded my wife at the side of the road with no warning. Electric pump failure is a guaranteed tow -- you cannot limp home.

IME, it's not necessary to change coolant or power steering fluid. If you're worried, you can check coolant condition with a voltmeter and I haven't heard a good reason to replace PS fluid. Engine oil and brake fluid for me.
