M-TECH lower mesh
Can someone please clarify this for me. I just got the mtech bumper from Umitza. The lower mesh looks just like the picture in this link

It came with covers for the inner more square holes.. but there are no covers for the outer holes.. Am I just supposed to leave those hole open? or am I missing a part?
and also why are there covers for inner holes? why wouldnt it just be all one mesh piece?
