m-tech or blisten/eibach suspension absorber...which one is better??

would like to have views on the above matter.....anyway is for e60 (530i).....ive just change 19"m5 on my ride but still using the standard suspension...i feel that the suspension is to soft and not suitable with the rim...each time i drove my car through a bump or an uneven road the rim will definitely hit underneath the fender...
what should do.....my friend told me to change to a sport suspension.....please advisse me tq
