lowest speed for cruise control

On my speedometer, there is even a permanent mark a 30 km/h , I guess for those who forget to RTFM

I like both the +/- 10 and +/- 1, but do not understand why the set cruise speed is only displayed for a few secs and can not be recalled by pushing the button on the check-control/bc

I would think it's safe if the system will let you switch it on

I've not been in town in my e60 yet, but in my e46 coupe I could set the cruise at 20mph through the stupid speed trap on Lower Thames Street:
