I just got my car back today from Westchester BMW, which is a company store, and everything was saved. This is my second update with no lost info, so it must be the dealer.

I had discussed this with my SA before and supposedly they can save some settings (most?) before they do an upgrade, however, they specifically have to to do this. So if they don't everything is wiped clean.

Thanks for the info! I'll never let this happen again.....what a pain in the ass reloading everything! The biggest bitch is the seats, it took me a week to get that perfect feeling and now it feels like I'm driving a different car.
