Lost in Navigation - please help

My Ride: Metallic gray '05 545i Sport Black Leather with HUD, Step, Nav, PDC, CWP, K&N Air Filter, Black RPI scoop, Black painted calipers, 35% F1 Pinnacle tint, 19" RDSport RS-2F rims with Continental ExtremeContact DWs.
I also had the burned Nav DVD problem, with a DVD I purchased here on the forum, that while it worked initially, it soon would only work for 10-15 minutes, and got worse when it was warmer out. The DVD itself would get hot and not work. I recently purchased a dealer version and it has worked flawlessly ever since. While the cost is steep, I will never try anything but a dealer copy of the NAV disk.
