My Ride: 08 550 Carbon Sport Almost everything factory, but no sound upgrades.

My 550 was in the dealer shop to fix a ?TPM Malfunction?. They found the TPM module to be damaged from water that had accumulated in the spare tire well.

This was fixed with a new module and numerous reprograms.

Now I cannot open the address book in the NAV system? I will see my SA Monday but ?

Actually I can open the address book but there are no stored entries any more. The NAV seems to be working OK and I was able to program a new address. I hope that did not over-write the original address file.

Has anyone knowledge of this or experienced it and is there any chance to recover my address book?

I've had some re-programming but I don't remember if it erased my Navigation address book. I do recall having to re-pair my BT Cell and radio presents so it is possible that some items in memory are erased by the updates and fixes they had to install.

I'm curious as to whether they relocated all the electronic out of the wheel well onto the rear fender per SIB 61 13 06. Thanks
