Well... I'm OK so far (knock on the wood)... after that couple days deal the service worked on my car no more lost audio even w/ below zero temps for the past few weeks here...
I think it may be some loose connector(s)/wire(s) somewhere so after they did all the unhook to work on it and put them back then all good (x-ing fingers)
