i guess its a bad battery... a dude here in Iceland had the same problems and a new battery solved it...
it has something to do with the intelligent charging system...

Same warnings happened to mine 04 545i soon after my kid spilled water behind the passenger chair. Costs me $800 for the dealer to remove the passenger chair and run diagnostic before any repair work. One of the modules got damaged. So if you want to keep the car you better find out the cause and fix it.

Any Ideas? ...besides jumping of a cliff?
One day or so should not be a reason for BMW to neglect warranty repair!
Edit: Nice that everything turned alright!
Please update.

UPDATE:
They still have her, so far that is 2 nights. Service manager told me that the tech wanted to drive it home to put "miles" on it
to make sure all faults were addressed. They also said they are replacing a faulty window motor ( not sure why all the windows rolled fine) and that it may need a new battery and they throw one in good will.
Kinda annoys me that the TECH took it "home" for the night wtf?!

UPDATE: FINALLY have her back home. She runs perfect.
Turns out it was a bad alternator, faulty IBS sensor
and the front window motors and clamping brackets. They replaced everything under warranty. My car also has CPO I assume they woulda replaced everything anyway.
so yay!
