My Ride: E60 "Stripper"
Now C6 "Stripper"
If you had to decide between an M5 stripper or loaded 550i which would you pull the trigger on?
Or would you go for a stripper 650i or stripper 750i?

My Ride: 2013 535i (White with Oyster Interior. Premium Package, Navigation, Technology Pacakge, Park Distance Control, and Rear View Camera)
I will pick 550i over M5, and 750i over 650i.

It's been discussed here. If you don't mind about noise and gas mileage, then M5. Otherwise, 550 all the way. You'll be filling up at least twice a week for M5 with $40 each time.

My preference.Didn't know manual is out there yet anyway. I think you'll have to wait alot more for the manual. But what for?
