The list of problems after 9 months

List of things wrong with my car:
1. Needs Servicing
2. Low Oil
3. RH Driving/Angle Eyes out
4. Telescoping steering wheel works 50% of the time
5. Fuel Pump trouble (long cranks)
6. Battery weak (slow cranks)
7. Door seals noisy
8. Transmission slam
9. Brakes noisy
car has been to the shop already for:
1. Low Oil
2. Transmission Slam
3. Noisy Brakes
4. Seat leather coming up
5. Bad shifter (was replaced)
it has been 9 months and less then 10K miles.
i am going to make an appointment tomorrow for my next day off. I am gonna drive it in myself rather then use the valet service. My back tires are bad and I dont want anyone other then me driving it in the rain.

I have a longer list than I would like to considering I have had the car less than a month (though it is an '06).
1. Feathering front tires (will be replaced tomorrow and balance and alignment which should help the noisy/rough ride.)
2. Weak Battery (occasionally slow crank).
3. Turn signal stalk rattles and passenger seat rattles (hoping the replaced tires/balance/alignment) will correct this too.
4. Musty smell for 5ish seconds at start when car has been sitting for a bit. I brought to the dealership for this and they replaced a part which helped,
but did not eliminate.
5. Daylight Running Lights seem to come on when they want to. Some days they are on and some days they aren't.
6. Squeaky brakes. Going to the dealer for the second time for this problem.
The sunroof was louder than it should have been (when closed), but I recently had the seal replaced which fixed this.

That's a pretty sad list of problems for a 2008! How many miles (total) on the car already ?
i picked it up with 15K. it was a Manufacturers leftover

There are good stories too. I've also had mine 9 months, and it was born April 2004. My list of things:
1. The engine warning light came on about a week ago.
It's been suggested it's most likely trivial and will either go away by itself or be an easy repair. Other than that, nothing.

Guys, don't waste your time - Craig is a terrible driver. He MURDERS cars. This car would've had 0 issues in anyone else's hands

86 Firebird: blown 2nd gear and engine
89 Trans am: blown rear
86 318: broken motormounts
82 325: warped head
93 mustang: broken crankshaft, blown 3rd gear (on a racing tranny)
85 audi quattro TT: blown engine
countless sets of tires. no shit, probably like 20+ pairs of back tires
there is more, i have had more cars and all had general mx issues, the ones i listed were undoubtedly from abuse.
i am a little nicer to the bimmer though.
