What are the little orange LED lights on the brow of the headlight assembly for? They're not indicators, but seem to work with the headlights. Is it a U.S thing? Hardly any cars in the UK/europe have them, or is it just a design feature?

Cars in the UK have them too. I was asked by a friend recently why I have orange forward facing sidelights (the eyebrows) as apparently the UK vehicle legislation says that you can only have white forward facing lights. (This is news to me - I guess the indicators aren't classed as lights as they are not lit constantly).

Thats interesting, I'm in the UK too, and as far as the red/blue light thing goes, I wonder if bi-xenon lights have been mentioned in the legislation, as although thier light is bright wight, they have a blue tint at certain angles due to the way the xenon gas discharge works. I've had alot of people say they hate xenon's as they keep thinking they are being followed by a cop!

They may look blue at times, but officially they are white as designated by the spectrum of the light produced.
Remember white = all colours of the spectrum produced in equal measures.
