Life of run flat performance tires

My Ride: My2004 545i Black,6-speed,recent bluetooth upgrade,nav,heads up display
I will appreciate if you can share your mileage experience.At what point did you get new one. I have 20,000 miles on my and i seem to have lost tire grip of the road it makes the car unsteady and not sure footed and some side sway. Any one with similar experience
