Dam you guys pay that much for fixing tickets? We pay $10 here in Cali!!! LOL...
I like to drive fast and therefore take don't get notice approach to cars.
I therefore have a front plate, don't use a radar detector, and will never own a bright red car.

No front plate since the M-tech conversion. I have the Skin bracket installed which is used/recommended by a few members in here. I just keep the plate in the trunk, in case of being pulled over (knock on the wood) and my excuse will be: "Sorry officer, I'm actually on my way to Homedepot to find a replacement screw."

Don't you guys get ticket for not putting your front license plates? Just curious cause I've gotten a ticket before for not having a license plate.
Here n M.D. u are suppose to have it on, but I have went with out mine on all of my cars for years. I may go years before I get pulled over, usally by a rookie cop trying to make points.

Here in LA cops are in every streets, you'll see some of them loitering in corners waiting for you to make a traffic mistake and pull you over. That sucks!! it's like they are taking a break or something!!!

you guys across the pond are so lucky regarding licence plates, we have massive ugly yellow ones on the rear, and the same oblong ones up front.

i saw a cop program on cable somewhere in the USA and the guy did not even have a licence plate on the back?? is that legal?

our letters/numbers have to be 4 & half inches tall (in black) but the one good thing is we have cool personalised plates
if you have enough money you can have any that are available/for sale.

best i ever saw was 2 rolls royces, one very old (40's) and 1 brand new, both in yellow and black following each other
the old roller had the plate ....1 AM 1 and the other had....RU 12
guy in our town has AK47 on a range rover.

i thought that was cool.

I received a no front plate ticket a week ago in Chicago. They ticketed me while the car was parked.
