I'm at the moment away on business but I've just heard from the manufacturer that assembly starts next week for the first batch but there is slight delay in the manufacturing of some of the mounting hardware. They need me back in the UK to do some measurements on the car.

Seems to be US DOT requirement as all late model cars for the past few years use red blinker...
To get Euro-spec tail lights you can find them mail order places try Google like RoverActive among others.
