LCI confusion / Ipod
Hello,
I posted a rant a couple of weeks ago about the lack of clarity when ordering the new car. I have now found the new brochure (albeit in German) and despite all comments made on this forum over the last few weeks there is clearly a suggestion that the USB point is located inside the armrest.
I have attached the brochure. If you look at page 10.
Maybe some German members who have a better knowledge of this can provide confirmation.
Thanks
Vincent

Thanks for the post, useful document, it does look like the USB socket is under the armrest which is a much better place for it.
I think I have also changed my mind on which wheels i am going to order...think I will go with the style 244.

Interesting.

It definitely looks now that the jack is inside the console (which makes tremendous sense of course) but the poster who pointed out a possible conflict with a SIA might have a good point also.
I haven't used mine in ages - anyone have a SE T610 and need a SIA?

Well, it would be very encouraging if the USB port is really under the armrest as the brochure suggests.
I feel bad now for slandering BMW designers...
