It's worth it for the new engine/auto 'box combination. Vastly improved, much more responsive, significantly better fuel consumption.

Anyone that drives an Autobox (especially oil-burner) will notice a massive difference. IMO the gearbox was the biggest fault by far, so this change is most welcomed. If you have driven the 335D you'll see the difference from the old car
