Perhaps someone in the UK might like to confirm this:

I've recently done a few trips to Europe, and taken the Channel Tunnel (Eurotunnel). I can select it as a POI. I think it's listed under ferries The problem is that it directs you not to Folkestone directly, but to Dover, onto a ferry to Calais, then back on Eurotunnel to Folkestone. It seems that the POI is actually to Folkestone *arrival*, rather than departure.

Perhaps I'm an idiot, but it does seem to be rather mad.

The good thing is I was able to select the hotel in Frankfurt, and it took me right to the front door

They charge $199 for the map updates for one simple reason - people buy it at that price. Economics 101 - Supply and Demand.

What a disappointment in the update. Don't know what else is missing, but the last extension on the Geo Bush Toll Road is missing. That segment was opened months ago. Well, at least they finally got the Addison Tunnel and Luna Road extension mapped. Those were finished years ago, but missing on the '04 CD. For that much moola it looks like the darned updates could at least be current.

Thanks

I think the seller has two copies. There is only one NAV disk per system.

Check out this link:

http://www.torrentspy.com/torrent/757332/B...06_2_Navteq_DVD

Download & install a BitTorrent client.....look here:

http://azureus.sourceforge.net/download.php?os=1

Once client is installed, execute the client program.

Then, go back to first link and click on Download.

Burn the resulting disk image on a DVD.

Insert into Navigation DVD slot in car.
