I would focus on things that you notice-creaking seats, chipped interior, hoses cracked, funny engine sounds-they have to be complaint based.

wow how naive are owners!

Hmmm yes-I will take 4 new brakes, discs, oil change, diff change, a balance and a detail please-and make it quick I only have 1k before warranty ends! hahahaha

hehehe i wonder if he will try to squeeze in a couple more services b4 his warranty ends?

GL with getting them to get it done. I was at 49k and my SA was able to get a few services in before it was up. All depends on what is approved though.

He also made a comment to someone about being on a BMW enthusiast forum and not knowing about their horsepower on their E60's. If you have nothing nice to say just don't say it.

Definitely see if an extended warranty is within your budget. I've had about $3K worth of work done that the warranty company has picked up. Pretty good for a $2K warranty. And I still have 50K miles til it expires too!

And if it is warrantable, they will fix it.

Check the interior panels for peeling paint like by the switches some dealers will warranty them.

I wonder if mentioning you have a slow Idrive or glitches with it would allow you to get a software update?
ill try all of these. thanks man really helped a lot
