The Lexus GS has knee airbags to protect the driver and passengers legs in a crash. Does the e60 have something similar? I have heard of it in other models but not sure about the 5er. It does not appear to be covered in the e60 brochure I got at the dealer.

Thanks,
Sean

The knee airbag is most likely under the steering column

BMW has them not, this I know, but will they have them in the future - I think so.

In the Lexus as well in some French brands (Citroen) they are in the dash.
