Racing on public steets is dangerous and illegal. Not to mention totally gay. Don't do it.
As you say man....
Anyway i saw smth for the 1st time on my car on that race. At that hard braking and i really ment hard, like my foot went thorught the floor, altought the abs was obviusly activated, at that high speed and at the beginning of the braking when the car begun to dive a little, i saw tire smoke in the rear mirror from braking. I think both front wheels smoked a bit.

Ya ABS is ment to not lock up the wheel for long periods of time it doesnt mean it doesnt lock them up.
When you brake thats whne the wheels locked and skid then once ABS detects that it releases the brakes a little to let the wheel spin then brakes again and then that locks the wheel and skids and ABS releases the brakes... and so on and so forth. so what you saw was that momentary locking. Since you braked THAT hard there was a lot of locking and skidding... Brakes work well eh? I love doing that... not on my car of course!

I know the explanation of abs and how it works, or why it doesn't work when the speed of the car is under 5 km/h or so. Thanx anyway. I really think that this kind of punsihment on the brakes isn't that bad from time to time. Yeah would have wanted less dive on the front and a bit, just slightly a bit more braking on the rear. The abs although cuts a bit too early for serious late braking.

Oh ok.
Man if you are complaining about noise dive on a I6 think what will happen on a V8

Altough this L6 is particular heavy. If i'm not mistaken it's the heaviest L6 but lighter than a v8 indeed. Thread
