I used to make noise about only buying manual gearboxes even though I started driving in the 80s in a city.
I have to say, I am completely over it. There is no legitimate reason to want a clutch when technology makes clutch-less shifting so much faster than would be possible with one. Its like longing for them good old days when real men had real cars with real carburetors and direct link steering.

Car at the dealer getting rim fixed, asked them to look at the kicking problem. Thanks for the great advice bteljuice1.

Update, service rep agrees that this may be the way the transmission is programming. We're going to wait to hit 1000miles on the clock before reset.

I would get them to update the new software and reset it now.

The software is the latest the car was built Jan 15 2008.
I think he just refuses to believe that its happening. I'll just reset it myself.
