They are called "power vents" and the finish/color matches the front grille, the door handles, and the headlight and taillight backgrounds.

I did think about the LR3, but it isn't here yet, and there is a long waiting list, and there won't be any good lease programs for a while since it is brand new. Plus, this is a Range Rover, and a heck of a lot more luxurious than the LR3. (as well it should be for $25k more...)
