Id probably be really mad at first, then try and milk them for everything they can offer me till my car is fully repaired with a guarantee that if something goes bad within 6 months they will fix it too

Shops are insured for things like this. They'll get it repaired, and if the cost is high enough, they'll turn in a claim to their insurance. Hopefully nobody was hurt.
Not really. If it's equipment failure, then that's unavoidable, however, if it was caused by someone not paying attention then the owner has to suffer through the repairs and the other non-sense that could occur. In some cases you almost have to go legal to get the stealer to do the right thing. Just my opinion.

It makes me wonder what happens behind those closed doors...somtimes I get this funny feeling...but again Stealers know best (NOT)

The Stealer uniform doesnt make the man....its the man inside the uniform !!!

Actually my dealer has been great so far. They always let me go to the service hall to watch the work being done. There are only two guys who service BMWs at my dealer's (my dealer represents and services other brands too) and I've learned to know them and we discuss lots of things while they're doing the maintenance or whatever. The other one has a very fast Supra .

Hopefully they take good care of the owner and not cover anything up.

Repair??? There has got to be frame damage. I don't think the car was ever designed to be resting on 1 corner like that especially at that angle and regardless of how strong that other tech is. LOL!

What label insurance or titlewise does it put the car under if it has frame damage? It's not like they rubbed the side of the door or fender against a pole. It's worse than that.

when i had my 01 7 series i actually watched it fall from 2 feet in the air off the lift as the jackass was lifting it. This was actually at an indi, no damage done; however i got in the car and got the hell out of there!
