LOL, nice, at least the old Dodge had a massive 2.6L 4 cyl engine, independent suspension and disc brakes (surprisingly rare in 1982). I feel much better now, thanks

...Unless the loan is 7% and you can only make 0.5% on your cash in a savings account. Blowing all of your cash on a car is a bad plan, but pissing away money on a loan that you can afford not to have is just a waste.

24 it's my first BMW and the manual transmission is a gift from the man himself.

I used to be an audi/vw kid and they still have a special place in my heart but being able to push yourself through a corner is something else entirely.

Paid for half of it in cash and financing the rest

fyi I've been working since i was 15, mortgage broker at 19 and now I'm a notary public/loan signing agent.

54 (don't feel it at all) and bought my '04 545 in 2008 (cash)
wasn't looking for a BMW, but fell for the V8 / manual 6 speed combo.
It was like a muscle car in a tuxedo. Never had a BMW before, but love them now.

33. Drove my undergrad car forever, a Corolla, finally asked myself what I was waiting on. Bought it last summer for my birthday. My first BMW but definitely won't be the last. :'D
