Just got my E60!!! Interesting story too...

So my father, two brothers and I met @ Irvine BMW to return my '02 330Ci, and hopefully get an '06 530i. Well we get there, talk to a salesman, and he tells us approx. $780 a month for a fully loaded. That wasn't going to happen, so then he starts talking to us about an '05 530i, and we weren't very interested b/c I really liked the new engine they put in, don't get me wrong, the '05's are still awesome, but its tough when you see the new '06 engine right there. So my brother says, what about an '05 545i...ends up being for a 545i w/ sport package being $730 a month, and $790 fully loaded!?!?! We take out the 545i for a drive, and its settled...so we went in hoping I could get a '06 530i, and ended up driving out w/ a Silver w/ Gray leather & Sport package '05 545i! The car is amazing, and I can't stop driving it. I'm happy to be part of this forum now after being part of E46fanatics for so long. Sorry for the length, but thought you guys might like the story...

My Ride: '05 545i, silver gray, black leather with anthracite maple wood, sport package, premium sound, navigation, cold weather package, electric rear sunshade, folding rear seat, satellite radio prep, PIAA 4150K fogs, red rear reflectors, hardwired Valentine One
Congrats--you'll love it. And don't apologize about getting tiptronic--I have it and it's probably the best auto trans on the market. Sport mode shifts really well.
