Just got " Alignment" done by dealer

I got brake oil flush, power steering flush and alignment done by a dealer from Long Island. I just put in new tires (Bridgestone Potenza RE970AS Pole Position) and wanted to get alignment done. I got couple of coupons so I went ahead with alignment. After I got it back from dealer, this is what I found. A broken screw (or small bold?) its just got sheared. On the other side (left) of the camber this screw is intact. What is the purpose this screw? should I replace?

They moved mine as well on left side.

They did that so they could have more room to adjust your camber and toe. Most likely your negative chamber was too high and they adjusted it down. I wouldn't worry about it exp since its done by a BMW dealer.
