I got brake oil flush, power steering flush and alignment done by a dealer from Long Island. I just put in new tires (Bridgestone Potenza RE970AS Pole Position) and wanted to get alignment done. I got couple of coupons so I went ahead with alignment. After I got it back from dealer, this is what I found. A broken screw (or small bold?) its just got sheared. On the other side (left) of the camber this screw is intact. What is the purpose this screw? should I replace?

They did that so they could have more room to adjust your camber and toe. Most likely your negative chamber was too high and they adjusted it down. I wouldn't worry about it exp since its done by a BMW dealer.
