My bank was going to overnight the check. My bank dropped it in the mail when I signed the papers. So I could not just ask for it back.
I guess I am going to go get the car or have it shipped and resolve the issues. Anyone know any cheap shipping companies??
I am highly stressed about the situation..

that would never happen in VA.
you best bet is to get the car shipped on open carriage. I am sure you will get all the issues resolved and it will all be good in due time.

Well, if the car is legally yours why don't you go and get it and fix the issues. The couple of items you mentioned are not nightmarish. A broken windshield is an easy fix.
Bring the car to a local dealer or mechanic and have them check it out. The creak under the hood could be something minor such as lubrication. If you put a little money into the car it will still be a good deal from a price standpoint. 22,000 miles is pretty low. It should still have some of the original warranty.
Good Luck.

Good luck and don't assume you got screwed, not yet at least.

Okay, I just spoke to the dealer and they are willing to pay for half of the shipping, which is $550. So $275 is propbly cheaper than me flying out there and driving back, not to mention I loose 2 days of my life. It will be here in 5-6 days. In FL you can have your windshield fixed for free without paying a deductable so I will just get it replaced here.
Also, it says "service overdue" on the screen. Will BMW still service the car under warranty since it it overdue??
Also, the shifter looks like some paint is chipping off, maybe the driver had a ring on their right hand or something, but is that covered under the warranty?
Also, the little jack cover is missing on the back bumper and they did not have another one, is there anywhere I can get a sapphire black cover other than going through BMW becuase they have to be painted. Thanks. Maybe this wont be soo bad. I think I got a good deal.

One more question. This car seems to have another issue. I noticed when coming to a stop, I cannot really come to a smooth stop. It seems as if I am braking with my foot on the gas or something. Would this be covered under the warranty?

so let me ask you this, what year is the car and when was the factory warranty started.
if it's less than 4 years, i think the maintenance might still be available and the brakes could be taken care of that under that.
if not, then perhaps a brake check would do the job.
So let me get this straight, the front winshield is broken and you will have the car transported with all the glass in the car?
Not to sound like a jerk or anything. - you seem like a really immature person or at least have immature way of dealing with important issues. Good luck is all i can say.
