i have jet black and absoutely love it..yes its a bi*ch to keep clean, but a labor of love...that said, if i do stay with BMW for my next ride, i will go for BlackSapphire next, just to change it up, cant really go wrong with either one
...as for the depth, I dont have the experience with BSap, but even after 5+ great years, jet black looks amazingly deep....

Sapphire is most excellent. My 325i was Sapphire and I loved it.
As much as I like my E60, I can't imagine needing two of them. You live in Dallas - how about a roadster convertible (Z4, Boxster S, etc)? Then, trade off with your wife when you need your fix. Best of both worlds.

My Ride: E60
I was thinking the same thing. If I already had an E60 in the garage, I'd be inclined to grab a convertible somehow. Maybe a 2-3 year old Carrera or something like this:
