I received a six page questionnaire from JD Power and Associates today for the E60. I have it filled out and plan to mail it in tomorrow. All said, it is a good report on the car and a bad report on the dealer sales staff.

How common are these questionnaire's among E60 owners?

Nothing from JD Power, just the BMWNA form, but with the same result, car good, dealer/sales staff just ok at best.

I received the JD Power report survey in the mail earlier this week, and I filled it out and mailed it in. I have had no problems, so it was a good report.

I've gotten one for each of my two E39's so I'm expecting one for the E60...

The dollar was nice, but I've yet to fill out the JD power questionnaire or the BMWna one. I'll try to get to it though.

I did get a second letter from BMWNA telling me that I've yet to fill it out though.

I got mine yesterday. I'm pretty happy, so the car got very high marks. The dealer did not. The only thing I listed as an issue is the cupholder....
