@ Stiker Someone also fitted some LCI headlights to the pre-LCI cars with a bit of butchering of the wiring!

hi Jag,

, nice car, at the forum!

I also got the cables from Bruce - he's one of the best...

Tell me more about the headlights in a pre LCI car

Cheers mate..Bruce is a saint 'ent he? But yeah..the LCI retrofit is possible. There isn't no Official Retrofit Kit out for US Pre LCI'ers and no one has been brave enough to do it yet. One of the reasons I like the LCI's are because they are projectors (EASY HID H7 Retrofit) and the fact that the Angels GLOW so bright as sidelights!! Much brighter then the normal PRE LCI cars! I think thats the next mod! Either that or some shallow subs under the front seats. Earthquakes SW8-s.

Glad to know I'm going the right direction with this car. It all panned out from when I bought the wheels. I lost a set of Schnitzer Type 5's on eBay..if I won them, the car would have looked alot more different to the way it is going now, just Schnitzered out! But going the OEM look.. Kind of glad I got the 19" because the tyres for the 20's are low profile and a very rare breed. (not really..special order which means extra ???)

Glad im giving inspiration to others too!

@ E60 Beemer, I'm in London on the 22nd of August for a few days, Will contact you to get a little meet sorted If I have time.

Thats all for now folks!

Though the I-Drive is playing up, will get that sorted tomorrow on the day off.
