I've got lousy audio! Hopefully this is the solution.

you see behind the rear seats, their are 2 speakers, 1 on each side, directly behind the back seats headrest, cant you take them out, cut a whole in to the boot, and mount the woofer their?
I think it will look nicer plus sound better to.

You can do anything with enough money and time. You'd probably want to keep the rear speakers as they produce mid-range frequencies, but maybe in the middle of those. From inside the trunk/boot (directly under the rear speakers you mention), there's a steel panel that separates and would have to be cut, to mount the sub there. Anything's possible though.
Spent sometime playing with the new sound last night and i'm really glad I did it. Much more of a rich/full sound.

You also need to rememebr that most subs, need an enclosure to sound good, unless you get a free air sub, which a JL is not

I'm gettting this box covered in OEM "look" trunk fabric. Looks like hell in it's current state.

You could get the Elemental Designs 13av.2 which is just as good if not better at $300/sub. I don't know if that JL box is worth $470. Besides ED builds custom boxes to your specifications, which is even better.
Anyone using this applifier? Seems like the majority around here opt for the JL brand.
