Default Issues with Bluetooth Paring...

Hi,

I have a Samsung Note II which used to work perfect with my e60 CIC Idrive. The idrive was able to download address book into its system and etc..

My wife tried to connect her Iphone 5 once and it wont connect because she entered the password as "1111" instead of "0000" unknowingly. So, I tried connecting back to my Note II, it connects but does not download address book anymore and the screen still shows "Add a New Phone" even though the phone is connected and i am able to make calls from my phone and talk over the bluetooth.

As you can you see in my attached picture, there is a network bar which shows the phone is connected. I tested with couple other phones and it does the same thing with all phones now. I get the below screen while accessing the phone book saying "Pair a Phone" even after the phone is paired already.

Has anyone had this kind of issue before?

Just wanted to get opinions of some BMW masterminds here before going to the stealership...!

Thanks.
