Hello Schulrog

I have followed the thread here. I have a 2009 530i with CD Changer and Nav. I have bought the BMW Ipod connector. Took 10 mins to install. The six menus come up with number 1 being playlists. I click on this and the first song plays but I am left with a 'please wait' message. The list then never loads. I have waited for 30 mins and still the same. I have taken a picture of the screenshot.

Do I need prgramming at the dealers. If so, the bulletin on your website is only for the US I believe. Any advice?

Much appreciated.

Yep. The ipod connector replaces the cd changer in the glovebox.

Does anyone know if the constant 'please wait' message means I have to have t reprogrammed/recoded?

Sounds are great. Just can't move the tracks on. Will have to circle the earth to listen to all the tracks (4500 approx).

iPod integration kit installation requires programming by a BMW Center.

I have the new Nav in a Z4. I get the "please wait" until I turn it on. It then finds the last song played and starts playing. That sounds too obvious but have you tried that.

If your car has the 6Fl option and the USB connector in the console, its already programmed.
